Policy Statement
Seton Catholic admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, and sex to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, or disability in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, financial aid programs, and athletic or other school-administered programs.
Scope
This policy applies to admissions, access to programs and activities, employment practices, and the administration of all school policies, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local law.
Our Catholic Mission
As a Catholic school within the Archdiocese of Dubuque, Seton Catholic reserves the right to make decisions regarding admission, employment, and conduct that are consistent with, and necessary to carry out, its religious mission and Catholic identity, as permitted by law.
