What to Expect

Rental Details & Rules

What's Included

Access to the gym and the building's common area, including restrooms
Volleyball and pickleball nets are provided
An entry code, issued once your booking, payment, and paperwork are complete

Renter Responsibilities

No balls are allowed in the common area or restrooms
Parents and guardians are not permitted in the building during rental times — only the renter and registered participants
Leave the gym, common area, and restrooms clean, with all lights off and doors locked
The renter is responsible for any damage that occurs to the property during the rental period
Bring your own equipment — nets for volleyball and pickleball are the only equipment provided

Seton school activities take priority over morning and evening rental slots. If a scheduling conflict comes up, you'll be notified by email as early as possible.

Eligibility

Waivers & Participant Requirements

Signed Waivers Required

Only participants with a signed waiver on file may use the gym
Adults age 18 and older sign an Adult Hold Harmless/Indemnity Agreement — one per person, per season
A parent or guardian signs a Minor Hold Harmless/Indemnity Agreement on behalf of each participant under 18
All coaches and participants must have a name, address, phone number, and email on file with Seton
To add a participant after your rental is booked, contact Seton to update your agreement — the new participant must sign a waiver before using the gym

Process

How to Rent

Download and complete the Gym Rental Agreement below, including your requested days, times, and a full list of participants and coaches.
Have each participant age 18 or older sign an Adult Hold Harmless/Indemnity Agreement. For participants under 18, a parent or guardian signs the Minor version instead.
Upload the completed Gym Rental Agreement and signed waiver(s) in the Gym Rental form that will be available here after 8/10 at 12:00 PM. Payment of $250 per semester per slot is also required at this time.
